Ari Lundyk Jr. can’t make up his mind! The 44-year-old Bachelor alum recently shared a funny Instagram video of himself scheduling another vasectomy—wait, wait.
The thought was playing in his mind, “Calling for the third time… need a punch card,” he joked with the receptionist, while Adele’s “Hello” played perfectly in the background. You gotta love a man who can laugh at himself!
From “We Are Then” to “One More Time”
Life is funny, isn’t it? After welcoming twins Senna and Lux in 2021, Ari got a vasectomy in February 2022, hoping to complete his family. Everything changed in 2024.
“A year ago, I was 100% sure it wouldn’t happen, but now I feel even more confident that I had expedited sterilization,” she said in a question-and-answer session on Instagram.
Watching her children grow up—especially little Senna—was something that made her realize that maybe she wasn’t completely healed yet.
That sweet moment paved the way for the sterilization reversal in July 2024.
A Fourth Child Changes Everything
The sterilization reversal worked! By September 2025, Ari and Lauren welcomed their fourth child, adorable Livi Rowe, joining big sister Alessi and twins Senna and Lux.
But the journey wasn’t easy—Lauren experienced a chemical pregnancy before successfully conceiving. “We tried so hard,” she candidly explained in a YouTube video.
“I felt like it was done. Like we were really pregnant.” There were moments of heartbreak before the joy of expecting a fourth child arrived.
