Brittany Snow recently spoke candidly in an interview.

She recalled that when she married Tyler Stanaland in 2020, he was simply a real estate agent. Brittany says, “People forget, I married a real estate agent.

He had nothing to do with my business.” But when Tyler became part of the ‘Selling the OC’ reality show, everything changed.

A Relationship Unraveling on TV

The most difficult moment for Brittany came when she had to watch the truth about her own relationship unfold on television. She says, “It felt like a snowball rolling downhill, and I couldn’t stop it.”

She explains that everything became so public that she had no control over the situation. She never signed up for this.

“What People Suspected, Happened”

The separation was announced in September 2022, and four months later, Brittany filed for divorce. Fans of the show speculated about an affair, which Tyler denied.

However, according to a People magazine report, on the same day their separation was announced, a co-star of the show allegedly tried to kiss Tyler off-camera.

Brittany hinted at this on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast, saying, “What people suspected, happened.”

The Bagel Incident and a New Beginning

This entire painful period devastated Brittany. She was so distressed that she even had trouble eating. To cope, she adopted a unique approach.

She started talking to herself kindly, as if she were someone else.

She says, “I would tell myself, ‘Okay, baby girl, do you want a bagel? Let’s get you a bagel. We’ll toast it, put some cream cheese on it.

Is that all you can eat? That’s okay.'” This loving attitude became the secret to her healing.
