The court gave Denise Richards the right to return home, Aaron Phypers was ordered to stay 100 yards away.

Hearing postponed
Denise Richards first entered the courtroom on September 8, but her restraining order hearing was postponed to next month.
According to court documents, the judge only heard procedural matters.
The next date has not been finalized yet, but the tension of the case remains.
Happiness of getting home back
The court ordered that Richards can go to her Calabasas house from September 13.
There are sentimental things of her mother, personal belongings and her beloved dogs, which have to be retrieved.
Richards said that these items are also important for her because their emotional value is nothing else.
100-yard restriction on ex
The judge instructed Aaron Phypers to stay at least 100 yards away from Richards’ house under the court order.
It was also clearly written that Phypers should not do any action that affects Richards’ access.
This order should be considered an extension of the temporary restraining order he got in July.
Return the laptop and phone!
According to court documents, Phypers has until the end of September 9 to return Richards’ allegedly stolen laptop and old cell phone.
Richards claims they contain private data and personal files that she wants to identify. Phypers has so far denied the allegations.
Allegations and counter-allegations
On July 7, Aaron filed a divorce petition citing irreconcilable differences and a separation date was set.
In response, Richards made serious allegations of domestic violence, saying Phypers repeatedly physically and emotionally abused her.
Phypers called them “false and deeply hurtful.”
Real Housewives taunt
Phypers took a dig at Denise in the media by referring to Denise’s ‘upside-down jacket’ moment.
She said, “Denise’s moral compass may have been similarly flipped.”
She invoked the Charlie Sheen revenge playbook, insinuating that this was a calculated strategy.
Dog Drama
On August 3, Richards showed up at the property unexpectedly to pick up her dogs, prompting the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Department to be called in.
Police found no crime because Phypers was not there.
Richards’ attorney said one of the dogs was euthanized, so their priority was the animals’ safety.
On the Verge of Eviction
Richards told the court that the landlord sent eviction notices to Phypers for unpaid rent, but did not receive a response.
During the eviction process, she requested that her belongings and dogs be kept safe.
She alleged that the Phypers family left the property in total disarray.
New spousal support front
Richards asked the court for spousal support and attorney fees, and asked that Phypers not receive any support.
It was written in the filing that the complete account of separate and community assets and debts of both is still unknown.
These new filings are going to give more twists to this case.
Phypers’ well-planned response
Phypers again attacked the media, saying, “Denise is always in revenge mode, just like she was with Charlie Sheen.”
He alleged that Richards’ team is writing fiction and soon the truth will come out, which will embarrass him.
The way forward
The next court hearing will determine when this legal battle concludes.
When the evidence and witness testimony are presented, only then will it be known who will receive relief.
At present, this storyline is as gripping as any Sony serial!
