Following their 2021 hit film ‘It Was Always You’, the duo is back with a new Christmas movie, ‘Christmas Above the Clouds’.
Tyler expressed his excitement, saying, “It feels great to be back together!” Erin added that this reunion project came to fruition after constant requests from fans.
A New Magical Twist on A Christmas Carol
The film’s story is based on the classic tale ‘A Christmas Carol’, but presented in a completely new way. Erin plays Ella, a workaholic CEO who wants to escape Christmas by going to Australia.
But something magical happens to her there. She encounters the ‘spirits’ of her past, present, and future, and also runs into her ex-boyfriend (Tyler Hynes). Will this encounter rekindle their old love?

The magic of this duo wasn’t limited to the screen. After the film’s announcement, Tyler surprised Erin with a visit to the set of her hit series ‘When Calls the Heart’.
Tyler was surprised to see Erin in her 1800s costume and jokingly said, “Everything looks wrong here!”
