The latest episode of Real Housewives of Orange County left fans shocked!
OG Housewife Jo De La Rosa and her ex-fiancé Slade Smiley came face to face for the first time in “decades.” Wow, what a moment!
Tamra’s move
Tamra Judge brought a special guest to Heather Dubrow’s birthday party – Jo De La Rosa!
Speaking to her husband Eddie, Tamra said, “He didn’t even want to come,” because he has tension with Jenn and Ryan.
But the real fun came when Tamra told Jo, “I know how stressful it must be for you, maybe meeting Slade after decades!”
Jo-Slade’s old story
Remember the old days? Jo and Slade’s engagement was shown in the early seasons of RHOC.
After the breakup, Slade spent some time with Lauri Peterson, then began a relationship with Gretchen Rossi.
They have now been together for 16 years and have a daughter together.
“I asked Heather!”
Tamra clarified about bringing Jo to the party, “I asked Heather if I could bring Jo, and she said, ‘Yeah, yeah, bring Jo.’
So if Gretchen has a problem with Jo, that’s her problem.”
Gretchen’s outburst
As they arrived at the party, Jo’s presence caught everyone’s attention.
Gretchen called Tamra “thirsty” and said, “Tamra coming with Slade’s ex shows that she’s not trying to move on with me.” She added, “It’s just like her to bring Jo.
Out of so many people, Tamra is clearly trying to prick her.”
Terry’s mediation
Heather’s husband Terry Dubrow joked, “Can’t everything be fixed with an apology?”
But Gretchen quickly responded, “No Terry. No change? Tamra’s been the same for the last 15 years. Not at all!”
Awkward Encounter
Despite this, Jo, Gretchen and Slade greeted each other with a hug.
Jo and Gretchen had agreed to have a fresh start at BravoCon 2023.
But Gretchen believes Tamra’s ploy didn’t work.
In her confessional, she said, “It doesn’t matter if Jo and I have a good relationship.
It’s all about Tamra. Didn’t work. Try again. You’re rusty, girl!”
