Josh Peck shared a funny kiss from Macy’s Parade when he and Alexandra Daddario sang.

Josh Peck and Alexandra’s Old Memories
In a recent episode of his podcast The Good Guys, Josh Peck shared a very interesting and undisclosed story from his childhood.
The 39-year-old actor revealed that when he was just 11 years old, he participated in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
The most interesting thing is that he was with another future superstar in that parade—Alexandra Daddario.
Josh was a little chubby at the time, so he was cast as Pugsley on The Addams Family, while Alexandra played Wednesday Addams.
Rain and the Thrill of the Parade
Josh Peck explained that the day was quite challenging for him. It rained continuously from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m., making the entire event wet. He had a long journey from 90th Street to 34th Street.
He and Alexandra had prepared a special 45-second dance, which they were to perform on a float during the main telecast.
After all that hard work and getting wet, the best part for Josh was the amazing after-party at Macy’s on 34th Street, where they had a lot of fun.
Mom’s Superhuman Jugaad
The real drama occurred when Pugsley’s costume went wrong.
Pugsley was supposed to wear a black and white striped shirt, but the wardrobe department didn’t have one. Josh Peck’s mom took charge of the situation.
She went to a nearby Foot Locker store and paid an employee $20 to buy his “referee” shirt. She proudly told the employee, “My son is a star, you have to understand.”
Costumed with Desi Jugaad
Josh’s mom returned with the referee shirt, but the problem was that referee shirts have vertical lines, while Pugsley’s shirt required horizontal lines.
She cut the shirt, folded it, and pinned it to Josh’s T-shirt with safety pins. After he put on the jacket, no one noticed it wasn’t a real costume.
Josh laughs and explains that while his mom was doing all this, she was jokingly singing “There’s No Business Like Show Business,” which Josh found very funny at the time.
