Katherine LaNasa will celebrate by playing poker in Vegas after wrapping The Pitt season 2.

Season 2 of The Pitt is now in its final stages, and Katherine LaNasa has found a unique way to wrap up filming.
During an event in Beverly Hills, the 58-year-old actress told People magazine that as soon as the season ends, she catches a flight straight to Las Vegas.
But she doesn’t go alone! Katherine goes there with her show’s set designer, and the two have a blast playing poker.
She says it’s no joke; she actually sits there and plays cards. It’s her cool style of relaxing after work.
Happy and a little sad too
Currently, 12 out of 15 episodes of the show have been shot, which means the time for ‘pack up’ is near. This time is a bit “bittersweet” for Katherine.
She says she has so much fun making the show, so she’s sad to leave the set, but at the same time, she’s very excited that fans will soon be able to see new episodes.
She looks forward to the world seeing her hard work on screen.

This year has been memorable for Katherine, as she won her first Emmy Award for her role as Nurse Dana Evans. She shared a heartwarming quote after seeing a photo on Instagram.
In that photo, actress Sarah Paulson stood by and cheered her on as she was about to receive the award.
Katherine says the moment was “magical” for her—seeing the warmth and support in her friend’s eyes was a greater reward than the award itself.
The Emmy Award Will Always Be There
Katherine believes that whether you win or not, simply being Emmy-nominated is a huge boost for your career.
She says that once you’re nominated, no one can take that tag away; it’s forever attached to your name.
The good news for fans is that Season 2 of The Pitt is set to release on HBO Max on January 8th next year.
