Keira Knightley’s new thriller ‘The Woman in Cabin 10’ is coming to Netflix, a dangerous secret is hidden in the sea

This thrilling film is coming on Netflix

The film ‘The Woman in Cabin 10‘, based on Ruth Ware’s bestselling novel, is set to release on Netflix in October.

In this psychological thriller, Keira Knightley will be seen playing the role of a travel journalist, Laura “Lo” Blacklock.

While on assignment on a luxury yacht, Lo sees someone being thrown overboard.

But when all the passengers are found safe, she is told that nothing like this happened!

No one believes her, but she is determined to find out the truth, even if it puts her life in danger.

The film’s director Simon Stone has tried something different this time.

He said, “We did not show the female character as it is often shown in thrillers – unpredictable and crazy.

I wanted Keira’s character to look believable like Kevin Costner.”

The film was shot on a real $150 million yacht in Scotland and Norway.

Stone explains, “It wasn’t easy! We had to wear different shoes for inside and outside.

It was a challenge to shoot on this expensive yacht with a team of 70 people.”

Actors like Guy Pearce, Hannah Waddingham and David Ajala will also be seen in the film.

According to Stone, “When we were on the yacht, we would not return for 12 hours.

There were only two rooms where 15 actors could rest. This created a special bond between everyone.”

The director has promised a “tremendous twist”.

In his words, “Something happens at the center of this movie that is really unexpected, both on a psychological and symbolic level.”

Stone praised Keira, saying, “She’s in every scene, from start to finish.

In most movies, the lead character gets a break somewhere, but Keira carries the whole movie. She’s really brilliant!”
