Scott Wolf’s ex, Kelley Wolf, is accused of trying to contact her son

A look at the main allegations
Scott Wolf’s ex-wife, Kelley Wolf, is accused of violating the protective order and trying to contact their 12-year-old son, Miller.
As if all this was not enough, Scott also said that Kelley messaged him from a “friend’s phone.”
On August 28, the court barred her from having any direct or indirect contact with Scott and their three children—Jackson (16), Miller (12), Lucy (11)—during the family dispute.
Parental contact restriction
The court order clearly stated that Kelley would have to stay at least 300 feet away from Scott and the children.
Mediation of custody and divorce cases can only be done through a court-qualified mediator.
Apart from this, a gag order was also issued on social media so that neither of them brings their personal issues online.
Incident of alleged violation
On August 30, two days after the 28th, Scott wrote to the SSA that Kelley called him using a friend’s phone and then sent a message through that friend’s son to contact her son Miller.
This clearly violated the protective order and a misdemeanor charge was registered.
The court has also summoned Kelley for a hearing on November 7.
Kelley’s clarification
Kelley said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE, “I have always followed all the legal rules.
I don’t understand why such a strict law is being implemented. I am only fighting for my children.”
She warned those who say that the divorce process should not be long that it is not right to put pressure on a mother.
Next hearing and legal battle
Kelley came without a lawyer in the last hearing held on September 10, so the judge did not give any new ruling.
Although some conditions of the protective order remained intact, permission was given for phone contact.
The next hearing is on October 23; by then, Kelley must hire a lawyer.
The court also ordered Scott to pay some of Kelley’s attorney fees.
Media and Social Media Drama
Kelley has previously shared Scott’s phone and personal information about the family on social media, which led to allegations of doxxing.
She was arrested on August 26 for the alleged harassment.
After two days in jail, she was released on the condition that she stays away from alcohol and drugs and receives psychological treatment.
Closing Thoughts
This entire case has gone beyond a custody battle between a mother and father and has turned into a legal drama.
Kelley will have to complete her legal preparations by the next date; otherwise, both the well-being of the children and the path to justice will seem uncertain.
