Kelly Wolf is no longer in Utah. The ‘Real World: New Orleans’ star returned to Instagram on October 16th.
She shared two photos to announce her return to Florida. She wrote, “So happy to finally be back in Florida.”

Journey from Utah to Florida
It was previously confirmed that Kelley Wolf had left the Utah facility.
Two days before that, on her 49th birthday, she was moved from a mental health hospital to another facility.
In September, a court ordered her placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold for 60 days.
Court and Treatment Matter
The judge ordered her to remain in the facility after an examination in late September.
She was also required to take her medications during this time.
It is reported that she was admitted to the hospital on September 21st after she threatened herself and her husband, Scott Wolf. This was all happening during their divorce.
Legal battle ongoing
Kelly was charged with three misdemeanor counts in August, including harassment and leaking personal information.
The court also imposed a protective order against her, preventing her from seeing her husband, Scott, and their three children.
Later, she was charged with violating that order.
Their divorce hearing is on October 23, and they will also have to appear in court in November to address their charges.
Kelly said in a statement that she was shocked by the legal process and was fighting for her children.
