The new protective order strictly instructs Kelley Wolf to stay 300 feet away from Scott and the kids.

300 feet distance
A new protective order stipulates that Kelley Wolf must maintain a distance of at least 300 feet from her ex-husband Scott Wolf and their three children—Jackson (16), Miller (12) and Lucy (11). Any direct or indirect contact is strictly prohibited.
No contact with children
According to the new order, Kelley cannot make calls, send messages, or share any photos or information of the children on social media.
If caught doing so, legal complications may increase.
Only talk in mediation
Amidst this zero-contact, there is only one opportunity when Kelley can talk to Scott or the children—that is a mediation session regarding divorce and custody in front of a court-qualified mediator.
In all other circumstances, the safe distance of 300 feet will matter.
Arrest and charges in one night
Kelley was arrested on August 26. The allegations were electronic disclosure of personal identifying information (posting Scott’s personal phone number on Instagram) and electronic communications harassment.
It is believed that she shared Scott’s phone number and subjected him to a flurry of unknown callers and texts.
Broken relationships in a parted life
Scott and Kelley announced the end of their marriage in June.
There was also a dispute over the Park City home—Scott obtained an exclusive possession order, Kelley was allowed supervised visits.
But an attempt to access the home via live video on social media overturned all the temporary conditions.
Temporary agreement conditions
The temporary stipulated agreement on July 15 gave Kelley supervised parenting time and weekly video calls.
Scott also kept household expenses and a monthly living allowance of $10,000.
The social media gag order asked the two not to post anything about each other or the child and divorce.
Social media drama adds to the trouble
Kelley alleged she was being “crazy treated” in her Instagram Story and was seen standing with police outside the Park City home.
Video showed her repeatedly trying to enter the home, but the protective order became stricter as she was deemed to have violated the agreement.
What’s next?
Kelley has also been ordered to stay away from drugs and alcohol until the next hearing.
Scott has been granted temporary sole custody. Everything will be discussed again at the next hearing (September 10).
For now, the family’s life is at an unknown point, where the legal battle, social media struggle, and family troubles are going on simultaneously.
This time between Kelley and Scott is not just a courtroom battle, but also a fight for the future of the children and a new beginning for the family.
It will be interesting to see how these protective orders, custody fights, and mediated agreements take shape in the coming weeks.
