Season 38 of Live is back and even higher!
Daytime TV’s most popular entertainment talk show, Live with Kelly and Mark is back with a new season – and this time the promo has literally taken the show to “new heights”.
New Chapter with NYC Skyline
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, married for 29 years and permanent co-hosts from 2023, are seen enjoying the New York City skyline in the new promo.
This shoot took place on the rooftop of The Walt Disney Company’s brand new, state-of-the-art studio at 7 Hudson Square, where the show shifted this spring.
Calvin Harris’ hit track By Your Side plays in the background, and Kelly-Mark promises:
“When you wake up in the morning, darling / I’ll be by your side.”
Setting a perfect vibe, this promo keeps the energy high for season 38.

Emmy Nominations and Star-Studded Line-Up
Live is already TV’s No. 1 entertainment talk show, and this year it is in the race for Teen Daytime Emmy nominations – including Outstanding Daytime Talk Series and Outstanding Hosts.
Season 38 premieres on September 2, with an explosive guest list – Mark Ruffalo, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Rose Byrne, Derek & Julianne Hough, Lola Tung, Alix Earle, Taylor Kitsch… and a live performance by KALEO.
Warm Goodbye of Season 37
The last episode of Season 37 will be on September 1, where Labor Day will be celebrated.
Paul Wesley and Carson Kressley will be in the studio, and the show’s executive producer Michael Gelman will tip steaks on the grill – a casual, festive send-off.

There will be a special segment in September – Kelly and Mark Do It Week – where both of them will try viral internet challenges.
Also, fan-favorite Pet Week will return, where cute furry friends will be ready for adoption.
Kelly-Mark’s On-Screen Chemistry
Mark replaced Ryan Seacrest in 2023, and in Kelly’s words, “It’s been a seamless experience.”
Both were hesitant at first, but later realized it was a perfect fit.
Kelly jokingly says, “I don’t want to inflate his ego, but Mark is pretty good at this.”
