In the new home, I’ll be free of it.” He told the children, “I’m not sad, I’m just tired.”

Home Journey: $8.9 Million to $18 Million

He bought this home in 2019 for $8.9 million. It was sold for $17 million in August 2024, but finally sold for $18 million (approximately ₹15 crore) in November 2024.

Coyote Pass: Land of Broken Dreams

Cody passes Christine’s old house and Coyote Pass every day.

This land was purchased in 2018, where they had dreams of building separate homes. After the divorce, this land was also sold for $15 million.

Painful Memories: COVID, Divorce, and a Tragic Death

For Cody, this house became a box of sorrow: “It was here that the family broke up.

I got COVID, Christine left, and in March 2024, I learned of my son Garrison’s suicide.”
