Even though the show is full of drama, Lily Collins got emotional for a pleasing reason while filming the fifth season.
During the Paris premiere on December 15, the 36-year-old actress shared a funny story about a scene she filmed with her co-star and real-life best friend, Ashley Park (who plays Mindy).
The two were wearing face masks for a scene and started laughing so hard that they both ended up in actual tears!
The Special Bond Between Emily and Mindy
Lily and Ashley have been working together since the very first season, and their friendship off-camera makes their scenes together feel totally natural.
Lily says that filming with Ashley is always a blast, and it’s clear that Mindy has become the heart of the show.

A Magical Trip to Venice
One of the biggest highlights for the cast was filming in Venice, Italy. Believe it or not, this was Lily’s first time ever visiting the famous city!
