Weight Fluctuation is My Life!
Savannah Chrisley‘s life looks perfect on TV, but in real life, she faces a very common problem – weight fluctuations!
She openly discussed this on her podcast, ‘Unlocked.’ Savannah admitted that her weight is constantly going up and down.
Recently, her weight reached around 160 pounds, while she prefers to be around 135 pounds.
Hearing this, her mother, Julie, immediately commented that Savannah doesn’t look like she weighs that much at all!
“I Love Food Too Much!”
To lose weight, Savannah also resorted to some medications, which she refers to as her ‘shots.’ But there was a problem… she loves food!
She explained that these shots suppress her appetite, and she can’t eat properly.
This is the biggest challenge for her because good food is an important part of her life. What’s the fun of eating without an appetite?
Deciding to Start Again, But with Caution
Now, Savannah has decided to start taking these ‘shots’ again. But this time, she’s doing it with full preparation.
She recently had a blood test done so she can monitor the changes in her health before and after taking the medication.
She specifically mentioned the drug ‘tirzepatide,’ because it doesn’t give her the same side effects as other medications. She wants to keep an eye on parameters like her A1C and biological age.
Mother-Daughter Support and the Dream of Being “Skinny”
Seeing Savannah’s determination, her mother Julie also agreed to support her. She said that she will also embark on this journey with Savannah.
Savannah says that no matter what people say, all that matters is feeling good in your own body.
And she wants to be “skinny.” However, she jokingly adds that she doesn’t want to be so thin that people start asking, “Is everything okay?” or that her beautiful personality disappears!
Her biggest motivation? Those jeans that have become too tight. Savannah says she just has to lose a few pounds now!
