Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne have revealed an interesting wish on the season 2 premiere of Platonic.
The two actors want their Neighbors co-star Zac Efron on the Apple TV+ series Platonic.
The pair, who played a married couple on the 2014 hit comedy Neighbors, believe that bringing Efron (and Ike Barinholtz) on the show would be “great” and “fun” stunt casting.
“It’s got to happen!”
Rose said she was surprised the reunion hadn’t happened yet and now “it’s just in their minds” to make it a reality.
Seth echoed the same sentiment and pushed for Efron and Barinholtz to be on the show.
Show co-creator Francesca Delbanco also backed the idea, saying it would be “amazing stunt casting” if a third season were to happen.

Seth and Rose praised each other’s comedic timing and chemistry, which they describe as rare and real.
