Kyle Tries to Explain That Late Night!
The drama is heating up in the Summer House, and this time it’s between the fan-favorite couple, Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula.
The whole thing blew up after a sneak peek for Season 10 dropped, where Amanda accused Kyle of staying out until 6:30 AM at a fan’s apartment!
Yikes. Naturally, Kyle isn’t taking that accusation lying down and is setting the record straight.
“I Didn’t Crash at a Fan’s House”
Kyle totally owns up to messing up by staying out until the sun came up, but he insists Amanda’s version of where he was is wrong.
“There’s no excuse for staying out as late as I did,” the 43-year-old admitted, “but I want to be clear that I did not sleep at a fan’s apartment.”
His story? He went to an event that Amanda skipped, which then led to a bar, and then to an after-party.
He claims he simply passed out on a couch and was shocked to wake up and see it was almost 6 AM.
Trouble in Paradise for the Cookes?
The tension between Kyle and Amanda, who got married back in 2021, looks like it’s reaching a major breaking point.
Amanda is clearly fed up with Kyle’s party-centric life, venting in the teaser: “I wanted him to stop going out and partying, and he found a career where he goes out late and parties.”
On Kyle’s side, he feels completely unsupported. He complained that Amanda “couldn’t care less” about what he considered “the biggest gig of my life.”
Friends Weigh In
The rest of the cast isn’t just watching from the sidelines! When Amanda shared the details of Kyle’s late night with Ciara Miller and Lindsay Hubbard, Ciara did not hold back, calling the whole thing “f**** insane.”
We even see Ciara later suggesting that Amanda needs to use the L-word—”leave”—as a threat if Kyle doesn’t change.
With all the talk about issues with their “compatibility, chemistry, and intimacy,” fans are definitely wondering if this popular couple can survive this huge fight when Summer House Season 10 premieres on February 3rd.
