Today, I am going to tell you the story behind the scenes of “Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman”.

Dean Cain recently revealed that when he and Teri Hatcher shot flying scenes, Teri would break into tears every time.

“Man, it was so painful that Teri would cry every time,” Kane said.

Hanging from the wire would stop the flow of blood to her legs.

Wearing the Superman costume was no easy task either.

That royal blue spandex bodysuit became a punishment in the heat.

“If you sweated, the fabric would turn into a ball,” Kane recalled.

Shooting in the sweltering Los Angeles heat wearing the suit was a real challenge!

The relationship between Dean and Terry on the show, which ran from 1993 to 1997, was sometimes sweet and sometimes bitter.

“We had great chemistry, but sometimes things got difficult,” Kane admitted. Still, viewers always loved their pairing.

The two actors chose different paths after the show ended, but interestingly, both later returned to the Superman franchise.

Both played different characters in shows like “Smallville” and “Supergirl.”

cain played Dr. Curtis Knox and Jeremiah Danvers, while Hatcher played Ella Lane and Queen Rhea.

“Lois & Clark” started a new era of superhero shows. It focused not just on action, but also on story and character development.
