In the midst of her Cloud 9 Tour, Moroney managed to work in only three songs before her set was abruptly cut short.

Moroney appeared to do everything in her power to push through the illness that kept her from giving the fans everything she wanted.

She did not hide the fact that she was not feeling well and even had to exit the stage multiple times before finally calling it quits completely.

She described it as one of the “hardest things” she’s had to do in her career, assuring her followers that she would strive to never deliver an “inauthentic” show. By the third song, it became obvious to Moroney that she simply could not continue.

Moroney was refreshingly candid in her description of what transpired. She even admitted to still being in tears while writing the Story as she was currently still in the Ball Arena dressing room.

Moroney’s last full arena show in America will be in her native Nashville before she makes her way to Europe for another round of performances that will see her run through early October.

A Grueling Schedule

It should be noted that arena shows require a lot of stamina from any entertainer, so a performance schedule as rigorous as Moroney’s is right now can be incredibly taxing on the body.

That being said, Moroney is currently embarking on her first-ever headlining arena tour right around the release of her debut album. As such, these types of shows, especially on consecutive nights, are bound to exact a considerable toll on the young star.
