Vin Diesel posted on the weekend with a trailer of the original Fast and Furious movie that is set to re-release in the cinemas to mark its 25 th anniversary. In the caption, he revealed the news that he is still emotional over the script even after days of reading it through.

The Script’s Creator

The creator of the script is Michael Lesslie, known for writing such mind-bending movies as “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes”, “Macbeth”, and “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t.”

According to previous reports, he was hired to revise the script initially written by Aaron Rabin and Zach Dean. This implies that there were prior versions of the script before the one we have now.

It Hasn’t Been Easy

It has been a long journey for the final Fast and Furious film. “Fast X”, the last film to be released in 2023, ended in a cliffhanger, teasing the return of Gal Gadot and Dwayne Johnson to the franchise.
